The Syracuse Orange are 2009 NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse National Champions. Syracuse cut a 9-6 deficit to 9-8 with 2:48 to play. They scored the last four goals of the overtime game against Cornell, securing their place as repeat champions. Almost 42,000 fans were in attendance in Foxorough, Massachusetts for the big game.
