The Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the LSU Tigers on Saturday afternoon by a final score of 24-15. The Alabama win solidifies their spot atop the SEC West and gives them a chance to play the No. 1 Florida Gators in the 2009 SEC Championship Game. The SEC Championship Game is played in Atlanta, Georgia on December 5th. In all likelihood, it will be a matchup between the No. 1 and No. 2 BCS-ranked teams.
