Gear Up For the 2010 NFL Playoffs

4 January 2010 Posted by David 491 views 2 Comments

The NFL regular season is officially over and the playoffs are less than a week away. The two AFC Wildcard spots came down to the wire. All Baltimore and New York had to do was win their games to get in – they both did it. The NFC was pretty much set last week, but Cowboys victory over the Eagles propelled them to a division title. If your team made the playoffs, check out Football Fanatics huge selection of NFL Gear and NFL Division Champs apparel. Now let’s take a look at the first round playoff games.

The NFL Wildcard Weekend brings us four games, two from each conference.

In the AFC we have:
New York Jets vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Baltimore Ravens vs. New England Patriots

In the NFC we have:
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys
Green Bay Packers vs. Arizona Cardinals

I haven’t been the best at picking winners this year, but I feel really confident that three of the four home teams will prevail in the first round of the playoffs. The only home team I see losing is the Arizona Cardinals. I think the Green Bay Packers are a better team. They can score with anyone in the league and have a strong defense – even without Harris and Kampman.

Who do you think will win their NFL Wildcard Weekend games? Post a comment and let me know.
