I have been hard at work behind the scenes over here at Football Fanatics to ensure we keep our spot as the premier sports program in the industry by developing several cutting edge tools and working with all of our affiliates from big to small to grow their sales

The results have been unbelievable, our programs sales grew during my time here in 2009 and we’re not showing any signs of slowing down…

This year has been EVEN BETTER, with our programs experiencing huge leaps for the first quarter of 2010 compared to the same time period in 2009.

The reason for this growth is the dedication myself and my company have put into our affiliate program. When you speak, we listen and now that we have all of the core pieces in place our focus this year is on one thing:

This is why we are launching several tools and campaigns that lighten the load of work needed to be successful in our program. Here are some details on just a few:

Dynamic Banner Library – We have already partially launched our dynamic banner campaign and will be completely launching it early next week. This campaign will allow our affiliates to place a banner promoting any team, league or conference on their site and have it automatically update when a special event involving them occurs. I will posting the full library of dynamic link URL’s early next week. (We have also already begun and will keep on offering some dynamic banners on SAS and CJ but these campaigns will be limited to sport and league)

RSS Feed – Our In House program now features a Link Wizard that allows you to create RSS links on the fly and promote them as needed. The feed currently updates once a day so the items listed will always be in stock. We are working on making the feed “live” which will allow our partners to promote special event products such as Championship apparel as soon as they are added.

Best Selling Products Report – This feature offers you a report on your top selling products within the last 30 days. Seasonality is key in the world of sports and this information will allow you to have a better idea of what products are selling on your site during key times of the year.

Sourced Reporting Report – This feature allows you to add a source to any of your links to track their performance. You will now be able to determine which links have the highest click-through and conversion rates and adjust your focus accordingly.

Top Referring URL’s Report – This feature allows you to determine which URL’s on your site are responsible for the most traffic and sales sent to our site. This information will help you determine what pages on your site are performing the best and allow you to either optimize their placement on your site or model other pages after them.

Year Over Year Sales Report – This feature will allow you to analyze your site’s performance in comparison to the same time period as the prior year. The best way to utilize this report is to take note of your marketing campaigns and strategies at key times of the year and capitalize on the campaigns that have proven to be successful.
