The Dallas Cowboys, along with the Detroit Lions, play football every year on Thanksgiving – it’s become part of America’s yearly tradition. Tonight the Dallas Cowboys hosted the Oakland Raiders in front of 85,000 fans. The Cowboys were favored to win the game by 13.5. A few years ago, high school basketball players used to be able to go straight to the NBA after their senior year – if they were good enough. Guys like Kevin Garnett, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant did it. But the NFL never allowed this. The game was too violent, the players were too big. Every sports blog and sports news outlet is talking about Ricky Williams today. In case you missed it, Ricky rushed for 119 yards last night against the Carolina Panthers and scored 3 touchdowns in the game. Williams was moved to the Miami Dolphins starting lineup because of an injury to Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown.
