The Conference Basketball Tournaments have wrapped up. Selection Sunday has come and gone. We now know the 65 teams that will have a shot at a NCAA National Championship. What makes the NCAA Tourny great is that every team has a chance. In single elimination anything can happen. Will a No. 1 seed take home to trophy this year, or will we finally see a Cinderella team’s dream come true?
To kick off the NCAA Tournament, Football Fanatics is having a Bracket Contest where four lucky winners will take home a $50 Football Fanatics gift card. Use this gift card to buy gear from your favorite team, whether is for college basketball or pro hockey. Sign up to win!
The College Basketball Tournament is one of the most watched event sin the world. Millions of viewers will tune in to watch their favorite teams or to check their brackets. The worst feeling for a tournament fan is to see one of your Final Four teams busted out in the first round by a 12 seed! How frustrating! It can completely kill your bracket.
How would you rather see the tournament play out? Do you want to see a Cinderella 15 seed upset their way through a couple teams and make the Final Four (like George Mason a few years back)? Or would you rather see a No. 1 seed just completely dominate everyone in their path (like the Florida Gators in 2007)?
Check We Are Fanatics daily as we’ll be bringing you unique tournament articles and game recaps.

For most conferences, this is the final week of men’s college basketball. Conference tournaments will start mid-next week, then we’re off to the NCAA Tourney. All eyes will be glued to the TV on Selection Sunday (March 15) to see if you’re favorite team makes the big dance.
A lot of movement can be made in the last week of the regular season. Some teams are on the bubble, and others are playing for that #1 seed. The Florida Gators have must win games against Mississippi State and Kentucky, and Duke has a rematch against No. 2 North Carolina. There is no time left to makeup a bad loss.
Some teams “On The Bubble” right now are:
Penn State
Providence
Creighton
Arizona
Florida
Michigan
Minnesota
San Diego State
Like I said though, anything can happen. An unlikely, but possible way for “bubble teams” to get in the NCAA Tournament is to win their conference tournament. Conference tournament champions from each Division I conference receive an automatic bid.
Which of the “bubble teams” listed above do you think will get in?
